Here's our training template. We try to run the above sessions every week. It should give you an idea of what training sessions are available for each demographic. We try to encourage regular attendance at each weekly session so that players develop their skills at a similar pace. As such we generally ask our players to pay their subs on pay monthly basis as opposed to pay as you go.
